Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Policy explains prohibited uses of the AmigoPay website and manager-assisted services. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
2. Lawful use
You may use AmigoPay only for lawful transactions in which you are authorized to participate. You must provide accurate information about the purpose, recipient and source of funds when reasonably requested.
3. Prohibited activity
You must not use or attempt to use AmigoPay for:
- fraud, theft, deception, money laundering or financing unlawful activity;
- transactions involving stolen payment credentials, compromised accounts or unauthorized recipients;
- goods, services or content prohibited by applicable law;
- an operation that violates applicable sanctions, court orders or binding payment-provider restrictions;
- impersonation, account abuse or infringement of third-party rights;
- probing, disrupting or gaining unauthorized access to the website, chat, infrastructure or another customer's data;
- automated spam, scraping or abusive message volume.
4. Review and refusal
AmigoPay may request additional information, pause a request, propose another route or refuse service when an operation appears prohibited, misleading, technically unavailable or inconsistent with partner requirements.
5. Reporting concerns
If you believe the service is being misused, contact AmigoPay through Telegram without sending passwords, PINs or complete card credentials.
