1. Overview

This Policy explains what information the AmigoPay service administration receives through amigopays.com, why it is used, how it may be shared and how it is protected.

2. Information we receive

2.1 Information you provide

• your name, username and contact details when you choose to provide them;
• messages sent through the site chat or Telegram;
• request details such as merchant or recipient, countries, amount, currency, purpose and preferred payout method;
• information you voluntarily provide to clarify or support an operation.

2.2 Technical information

• IP address, request time, page address, browser user agent, interface language and device category;
• limited security and error logs needed to operate and protect the site;
• a random chat visitor identifier, unread count and unsent draft stored in your browser;
• browser notification permission if you choose to grant it.

2.3 Operation status information

Banks, issuers, merchants, recipients and payment providers may return status information, identifiers, error messages or verification results needed to process a confirmed operation.

3. Purposes

Information is used to answer requests, prepare estimates, check and perform agreed operations, route site-chat messages to managers, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, diagnose errors and maintain service security.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the circumstances, processing may be necessary to respond to or perform your request, based on your consent, required by law, or carried out for legitimate interests such as fraud prevention, security and customer support.

5. Site chat and Telegram

Site-chat messages are stored in a separate English-site database and sent to managers through a dedicated Telegram bot. Manager replies from the corresponding English topic are delivered back to the site chat.

Telegram processes information under its own privacy terms when you use that platform directly.

6. Sharing

Only where needed for the stated purpose, information may be shared with banks, payment providers, issuers, merchants, recipients, Telegram, hosting and infrastructure providers, authorized service contractors, or public authorities where legally required.

AmigoPay does not sell personal information or disclose it to third parties for their independent advertising.

7. International processing

International services, Telegram, foreign banks and payment partners may process information in other countries. Information is shared only to the extent needed for communication, security or the agreed operation.

8. Retention

Site-chat sessions close after inactivity. Chat messages are normally retained for up to 30 days after closure, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an operation, dispute, security investigation or legal obligation. Other records are retained only as long as necessary for their purpose.

9. Browser storage and analytics

Local browser storage is used for the site-chat identifier, unread count and draft message. You can remove these items in your browser settings, after which prior chat history may no longer be available on that device.

This codebase does not include advertising or marketing trackers. Separate analytics may be added only under an updated notice and configuration for this domain.

10. Security

Reasonable access controls, HTTPS, isolated configuration, restricted storage and other technical and organizational measures are used to protect information. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask about your information, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent.

12. Children

The site and services are not intended for people under 18.
