Terms of Service
Last updated: September 3, 2026
1. Scope
These Terms govern use of the AmigoPay website and requests for manager-assisted virtual cards, online payments, international money transfers and incoming-payment services.
By using the site or submitting a request through the site chat or Telegram, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. The amount, currency, service fee, execution method and other material terms of each operation are confirmed before payment.
2. Services
Subject to an individual availability check, AmigoPay may help customers:
- obtain a European virtual card with an agreed balance;
- pay for a supported online purchase, subscription period or invoice;
- send an international money transfer using an available route;
- receive supported payments with payout by an agreed method.
Availability depends on the countries, currencies, amount, purpose, recipient requirements and the rules of the banks, issuers, merchants and payment providers involved.
3. Request and confirmation
- You provide the merchant or recipient, amount, currency, countries and requested operation.
- The website may show an estimate. A manager checks availability and confirms the final terms.
- You review the confirmed details and send funds using the agreed method.
- AmigoPay performs the agreed operation and communicates the result in chat.
Incomplete or incorrect information can delay or prevent completion.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, verify the agreed amount and recipient details, use the service only for lawful purposes and comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. You must not interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Availability and refusal
AmigoPay may request information needed to assess an operation, offer another route or refuse a request before accepting funds when the operation is unavailable, unlawful, inconsistent with partner rules or presents an unacceptable risk.
Routes, fees, rates and expected timing can change because of market conditions or third-party requirements. Changes are communicated before payment whenever they affect the confirmed operation.
6. Virtual cards
The card's issuing country, currency support, balance, validity and restrictions are confirmed for the specific request. Cards are intended for one agreed payment. A subscription can be paid for an agreed period, but the card should not be relied on for later automatic renewals.
Compatibility is checked before payment, but a third-party merchant can apply its own account, transaction or risk checks.
7. International transfers
The transfer route is selected after checking the countries, amount, currencies, purpose and payout details. The customer is responsible for supplying correct recipient information and having a lawful basis for the transfer.
Banks and payment providers may apply their own checks, delays, charges and restrictions outside AmigoPay's control.
8. Estimates and fees
Website calculations are estimates. The manager confirms the final amount before payment. The applicable service fee depends on the direction, amount, currency and execution method.
For virtual-card calculations where a minimum applies, the minimum service fee is $5. Other routes may have separately confirmed terms.
9. Cancellation and refunds
The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
10. Third parties and limitation
AmigoPay is responsible for carrying out the operation according to the terms confirmed by the manager. AmigoPay is not responsible for delays, refusals or restrictions caused by the customer, recipient, merchant, bank, issuer, payment network, communications provider or another independent party.
The site or individual functions may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity failures or circumstances outside reasonable control.
11. Privacy
Use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
These Terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version is published at amigopays.com/terms/.
13. Contact and disputes
Questions and disputes should first be raised with the manager together with relevant supporting information. These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the service operator and the particular operation.
